- You need 4 of Bananas about frozen (for atleast 2 hours).
- Prepare 3 tbsp of Cocoa powder heaped.
- You need 1 cup of Milk.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Butter.
- You need 3/4 cup of Caster sugar.
- It's 1/2 cup of Toasted almonds and walnuts.
- Prepare of Chocolate sprinkles few.
Banana Chocolate Ice Cream step by step
- Mix cocoa powder, butter and sugar in the milk and cook on low to medium flame stirring it..
- As soon as it thickens,switch off the flame. No need to thicken it much, just see to it that it is a semi thick mix..
- Let it cool. Now blend the bananas with this cocoa mix until well blended..
- No need to add any condensed milk or even cream because bananas give a creamy texture to the ice cream..
- Toss in the toasted nuts and freeze for as long as 8 hours..
- In between after every 2 hours, just give it a good mix..
- Yummy ice cream is ready to serve in 6 to 8 hours depending on the temperature in your place..
- Serve it with chocolate sprinkles and some toasted nuts..
