Ingredients of Chiku Ice cream
- You need 150 gm of Chiku.
- You need 250 ml of Cream.
- It's 150 ml of Condensed milk.
- Prepare to taste of Sugar.
Chiku Ice cream step by step
- Remove skin and seed of chiku add 2 tbsp sugar and keep refrigerate for 30 min..
- Blend chiku into puree don't add water. Take one tetra pack of cream and keep in freezer for 1 hr..
- Beat cream when it is chilled. Add condensed milk and 200 ml chiku puree and beat until it become light and fluffy (you can also use simple blender for this purpose)..
- If you want more sweetness then add more condensed milk. Keep it in box and spread the remaining 50 ml puree on top and mix with skewer..
- Keep this mixture in airtight box in freezer for 6 hrs after 6 hrs beat again in blender or with beater repeat this process for 2 to 3 times and freeze it for 24 hrs..
- At time of serving drizzle some chocolate syrup or caramel sauce.
