- Prepare 400 gm of Amul Full Cream.
- Prepare 300 ml of Condensed Milk.
- It's 3 of Alphonso mangoes.
- You need of For Garnishing.
- You need handful of chopped pistachios.
- Prepare 5-6 of saffron Strands.
Mango Alphonso Homemade Icecream step by step
- Very important step if you are not taking whipped cream than keep the Amul fresh cream, the vessel/bowl in which you are going to whipp the cream and the whipping blade the fridge/freeze for atleast 3hrs.
- Firstly take mangoes and peel them, keep some pieces aside for later use and with rest make a puree in mixture..
- In a bigger bowl keep ice cubes and now remove the vessel/bowl from the fridge and put inside the iced bowl. In the cooled empty bowl put cooled Amul fresh cream and whipp on low level first and than increased the speed and whipp till soft peak. It takes around 10-15minutes..
- Now add condensed milk(you may require more depends upon the sweetness of the mangoes) and whipp it on low speed till incorporated..
- Add mango puree and now whipp again till the mango puree is mixed Now add condensed milk(you may require more depends upon the sweetness of the mangoes) and whipp it on low speed till incorporated. and you can see beautiful yellow colour in the mixture. Add the pieces of mangoes in it which we kept aside (though I have not added as my kids like plain icecream but you can add as per your taste bud)..
- Now put the mixture in some rectangle glass bowl or air tight box. Tap a little so that there is no air bubbles form and cover with cling or aluminum foil tightly and than let it set to freeze for minimum 7-8hours in a freezer..
- After it's ready garnish with sliced pistachios and few kesar strings. Wow...your yummy tasty beautiful yellow coloured Alphonso icecream is readyπ€©ππππππ.
