Ingredients of Mango Icecream

  1. It's 1 cup of mango puree.
  2. You need 500 ml of milk+1/4 cup.
  3. It's 1/2 cup of fresh malai.
  4. Prepare 2-3 tbsp of cornflour.
  5. It's 1/2 cup of condensed milk/sugar.
  6. Prepare 1/4 cup of mango sharbat (optional).

Mango Icecream instructions

  1. First in a small bowl add cornflour and 1/4 cup of milk, stir to mix well..
  2. Now heat milk in a pan and let it come to a boil, now add cornflour mixture and stir continuously for 2 mins and switch off the heat.let the mixture cool..
  3. Now in a blender jar add milk+cornflour mixture, mango puree, malai, condensed milk/sugar and mango sharbat (optional)..
  4. Blend until smooth.pour this mixture in a air tight box and cover it with foil, butter paper or with cling wrap.keep it in deep freezer for 2-3 hours..
  5. After 2-3 hours again add this mixture (half set) into the blender jar and blend well.(repeat this proses for atleast 2/3 times for perfect creamy texture).Lastly pour mixture into a airtight container and first cover it with butter paper (to avoid ice crystals)and then close the lid..
  6. Keep the box in deep freezer over night. yummy, creamy, delicious mango icecream is ready to scoop..
