Custard vanilla ice cream instructions
- If u are using powdered milk.. dissolve 3 to 4 full cream sachet milk in 2 cups of water.
- In another bowl, add 2 tablespoons custard and add 3 tablespoons from the milk.. then mix properly to dissolve without lump..
- Put ur pot on a stove, add the remaining milk and start stirring on a low heat... Few mins later, add the sugar and dissolve..
- While still stirring, add the custard bit by bit and stir to combine.. add the vanilla essence as well. The custard has vanilla flavour already so u can skip it.All this will take about 7- 8 mins... The milk will reduce a little. Stir constantly on low heat to avoid lumps..

- After 2 hours, pour into the blender or a bowl and whisk for 3- 5mins. I used whisk the second time..
- Transfer into ur bowl and freeze. Bring out when frozen and Enjoy 👌..
