  4. While still stirring, add the custard bit by bit and stir to combine.. add the vanilla essence as well. The custard has vanilla flavour already so u can skip it.All this will take about 7- 8 mins... The milk will reduce a little. Stir constantly on low heat to avoid lumps..
  5. Take off heat and cool. Then transfer into a blender and whip for 2-3mins.. if u don't have a blender, u can use a whisk. Transfer into a bowl and freeze for 2 hours..
  6. After 2 hours, pour into the blender or a bowl and whisk for 3- 5mins. I used whisk the second time..
  7. Transfer into ur bowl and freeze. Bring out when frozen and Enjoy 👌..
