Ingredients of Choco Custard Moose Icecream

  1. It's 1 cup +2 tbsp of fresh full fat Milk.

  5. Prepare 1 of small block of dark Chocolate.
  6. Prepare 1 handful of Choco chips.
  7. Prepare 1 teaspoon of Cocoa powder to garnish.

  10. Prepare 1 Packet of Dream whipped cream mix.

I mean I licked the ice cream beater from the machine and had chocolate ice cream drool running down my chin good. Choco Custard Moose Icecream instructions

  1. Heat 1 cup of milk in a saucepan..
  2. Add 3 tablespoon of condensed milk and mix well, keep flame in low heat..
  3. Add cocoa powder and mix..
  4. Also add dark chocolate and mix. You can skip adding dark chocolate, I added as I like the slight bitter taste of dark chocolate..
  5. Add 2 tablespoon milk with 1 tablespoon custard powder and mix well to make a paste..
  6. Add the custard mixture to the hot milk mixtures and stir continuously..
  7. Within a couple of minutes the mixture becomes thick. Switch off the flame and continue to stir so that no lump forms in the custard..
  8. Transfer the custard to a bowl and cover it with cling film touching the top of the custard to avoid forming a coating. Keep in the refrigerator to cool..
  9. In the meantime take 1/2 cup of milk and 1 packet of whip cream mix in a deep jar or glass. I use dream whip as shown in the picture, you can use what whipping mix is available in your place or even you can use freshly made whip cream from fresh cream..
  10. With an electric blender whip the mixture to form a thick whip cream..
  11. Keep the whip cream in the refrigerator to chill..
  12. When both cream and custard are chill take them out, remove the cover of the custard and stir..

  17. Take some icecream sticks, insert at the centre of each glass and keep them in the freezer for about 7-8 hours or overnight..
