- Prepare 7 tablespoon of sugar.

- In a pan add milk.
- Take out 1 cup milk from it.

- Now add this mixture into boiling milk and stir continuously for 5_6 min.till milk become thick.
- Now cool it completely and make 3 equal parts from it,add coffee powder in one part,mix well,in second part mix rose syrup mix well,in third part add vanilla essence mix well.
- Now pour white mixture in any shape bowl cover the lid and cool it in freezer for 2 hours,then pore pink mixture on it and cool it 2 hours,then pore coffee mixture on it and cool it 1 hours then sprinkle chocolate chip,coloured vermicelly and again cool it for 2 hours.
- Then cut into square pieces and serve it in serving dish and garnish with chocolate syrup.
